Regina Kohlhepp is a partner at ActiveAgingRNConsultants. She is

dedicated to working with people seeking to age in their own homes which has

been demonstrated to have many physical and mental health benefits.

Regina’s career in the healthcare industry includes experience in cardiology,

clinical teaching, psychiatry, gerontology,

and long-term care. A resident of Vermont, she is a Guardian Ad Litem, a contributor to community service groups, a teacher of workshops on fall prevention, and an advocate for elders as they age.

Upon completion of several nursing degrees and teaching certifications,

Regina earned a Master of Science at the University of Vermont, as well as

completing numerous post-graduate studies focused on gerontology and adult

learning strategies. She is a certified

Fall Prevention Specialist and provider of

Basic Life Support (CPR). A lifelong learner, Regina views her work as an

opportunity to model effective habits of everyday living; to grow stronger; and to

enjoy the experience of growing old.

Nancy Blair

BA, ADN, RN

Nancy Blair, a registered nurse with 48 years of experience brings a passion for

the highest quality patient care to ActiveAgingRNConsultants. She has worked

across the continuum of nursing serving her local community as an elementary

school nurse for 8 years while her daughter attended school. After leaving school nursing, Nancy worked in an urgent care clinic and in a community physician’s office which specialized in gastroenterology and primary care.Throughout her career, Nancy has maintained continuous part time hospital clinical work utilizing a diverse range of skills in the emergency room, medical-surgical,

and psychiatric units. Her knowledge of mental health conditions specific to the aging population, including affective and anxiety disorders, depression, dementia and psychosis, is an asset in supporting elders through ActiveAging RNConsultants.

The empathy and compassion Nancy brings to her work is reflected in the patient care she offers to your loved ones.
